Fantastic combination of herbs. I used this to make Italian meatballs and they had a lovely flavor. Much better then the store bought stuff ;)

Whipped up the mix and used some as part of a marinade for pork chops. Grilled the pork and the flavour was absolutely delicious! Thank you Mike for another great spice mix. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

I had all these ingredients growing in the garden, so I dehydrated them and used them as per the recipe. I have used some all ready this on some oven roasted tomatoes and this mix added such a nice flavor to them. This Italian herb mix is exactly the same, no actually it is much better than the one I usually purchase from the supermarket. I will be dehydrating more soon so as I can make more of this mix and keep it over winter. Thanks Mikekey, great recipe.
