Step by Step Method

Step 1

Have filling prepped.

Step 2

Add bacon to the pan.

Step 3

Mix up eggs seasoning to taste.

Step 4

Add onions, mushrooms to bacon.

Step 5

Cook until softened.

Step 6

Add spinach and tomatoes here if you wish or later in step 12.

Step 7

Season lightly.

Step 8

Remove to bowl.

Step 9

Drain excess grease.

Step 10

Add eggs.

Step 11

Cook until almost set on one side add bacon mixture.

Step 12

Sprinkle over tomatoes.

Step 13

Fold over cover and finish cooking.
