Step by Step Method

Dressing


Step 1

Mix orange juice, honey, oil, vinegar and minced dill until well combined and season to taste

Salad


Step 2

Gently stir cucumber, celery and cabbage into the dressing and allow to stand for 30 minutes.

Cut each clementine slice in half with a serrated knife.

Step 4

Arrange the marinated veggies on a large flat plate. Place Clementine slices, avocado and herbs in between the veggies and serve immediately.
