Step 1: Mix orange juice, honey, oil, vinegar and minced dill until well combined and season to taste
Step 2: Gently stir cucumber, celery and cabbage into the dressing and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Cut each clementine slice in half with a serrated knife.
Step 4: Arrange the marinated veggies on a large flat plate. Place Clementine slices, avocado and herbs in between the veggies and serve immediately.
Step 5: Season to taste
