Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cream together the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2
In another bowl whisk flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon together.
Step 3
Mix in diced apples and chopped pecans.
Step 4
Fold into creamed mixture.
Step 5
Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan.
Step 6
Sprinkle butterscotch morsels over mixture, and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
Step 7
Serve warm topped with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
