Step 1

Melt butter. Add chilies and onions. Cook until almost golden.

Beat up eggs

Pour over chilies and onions. Salt and pepper. Add curry leaf if you have it and like it. Stir until set.

Just a nice touch of flavour. I didn't have any Curry leaf but wanted a bit of curry flavour so added 1/4 teaspoon of Curry powder. Easy, tyasty recipe that I enjoyed for my Sunday Brunch.
