Like Mia...my stew didn't cook very well on low...I cooked it for 8 hours and the meat was still tough...so I put the stew in the refrigerator and the next day I thew it in my pressure cooker and cooked it on high for 15 minutes and natural released after 10 minutes...the meat was now nice and tender and full of flavor...we really enjoyed the gravy it made...thanks for sharing the recipe...made for "Pick Me" tag game...

Yum! I love that you can just throw everything into the crock pot, no browning ahead, just put everything together and get the pot going. I had to put it on high after two hours, though, because the low setting on my crock seems to be too low, but that way it was perfect. Will make it again! Thanks for sharing. Made for FYC
