Step 1

Drain spinach.

Step 2

Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, stir well. Spoon into a 1 quart baking dish.

Step 3

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Step 4

Serve with crackers.

Incredible dish breezer. I made 1/2 the recipe for my sil and I... we each had a medium/small sized casserole dish of this tasty treat. We both loved it. I made this to take to a family get together this evening. I admit I have only tasted it uncooked so far. I will modify my review if I remember. It smells wonderful and it tasted good when I put it in the baking dish. Thanks for posting this recipe. It was easy to make; which is all I do. P.S. This was yummy hot. It doesn't have to just be a dip. My husband used some with his fried eggs and thought it was great.

Great spinach dip!! I made 1/2 of the recipe for just the DH and I. I enjoyed the combo of flavors from the bacon, green onion and parmesan cheese. Thanks for sharing the recipe which went well for our football appetizer lunch today!! Made for "FYC" tag game.

I could eat the whole thing myself it just that good, I made it once shortly after it was made public and just made it again but doubled amounts, also added a pinch of cayenne, wow this is a keeper, I thank you for sharing your recipe breezermon
