The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 6 to 8 ounces bacon (6 to 8 slices, cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 to 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drain spinach.

  • Step 2: Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, stir well. Spoon into a 1 quart baking dish.

  • Step 3: Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

  • Step 4: Serve with crackers.
