"Peppy but not too hot! You can control the heat by increasing or decreasing the chilies and chipotle hot sauce. This sauce is great on a burger too. This recipe was originally from a TV network magazine. Use whole or 2% milk, lite cheese works too."

Step 1

Combine butter, salt pepper and flour in a skillet or small pot.

This cheese sauce is divine, I could eat it with a spoon. Easy to put together, wonderful creamy texture and just enough heat! I had over hot dogs then had the rest as a dip with Tostitos corn tortilla chips.
