Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add rice, 2 cups water, cinnamon sticks to a blender and blend until rice is roughly ground.

Add remaining water and blend again
Step 3
Pour into a pitcher and let sit, covered, overnight
Step 4
Pour rice mixture into a pitcher, through a fine mesh strainer.
Step 5
Discard rice
Step 6
Add remaining ingredients
Step 7
Stir before serving over ice
