Step 2: Add remaining water and blend again
Step 3: Pour into a pitcher and let sit, covered, overnight
Step 4: Pour rice mixture into a pitcher, through a fine mesh strainer.
Step 5: Discard rice
Step 6: Add remaining ingredients
Step 7: Stir before serving over ice
