"A wonderfully easy way to add flavor and texture to my favorite fish, tilapia. If you don't care for/have chipotle powder, use whatever chili powder you prefer."

Step 1

Mix honey and chipotle powder. Season tilapia with pinches of salt and pepper, spread with honey mixture then press into crumbs.

Step 2

Heat oil in large skillet and cook fish, 3-4 minutes per side or until easily flaked with a fork.

Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

We loved the flavour of this tilapia, but i did have a little trouble adding the honey mix to the fish, the mix kept congeling , had to keep putting it in the microwave to get it liquid enough to brush on. It did turn out lovely and crisp.
