Step 1
Stir-fry pork, carrots, celery, and onion in butter for 5-6 minutes or until meat is mostly cooked. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Step 2
Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the pork is completely cooked and the veggies are tender, stirring occasionally. (I found that I needed to add some additional liquid - I just used water)
