Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin or other boneless pork, thinly sliced
  • 4 medium carrots, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 celery ribs, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons liquid smoke, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry sage leaf
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Stir-fry pork, carrots, celery, and onion in butter for 5-6 minutes or until meat is mostly cooked. Stir in the remaining ingredients.

  • Step 2: Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the pork is completely cooked and the veggies are tender, stirring occasionally. (I found that I needed to add some additional liquid - I just used water)
