Step 1

Combine all the sauce ingredients. Mix until smooth. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in wok or large fry pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.

Step 3

Add the diced pepper and snow peas. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until tender-crisp.

Step 4

Add the shrimp; stir-fry just until shrimp turns pink (about 1 minute).

Step 5

Add the sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Stir in the green onions.

Step 6

Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Delicious! I used the rind of one whole navel orange and added a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat. Very quick and easy ~ the hardest and most time consuming part of the recipe was stringing the snow peas!

Very simple, and delicious, very quick midweek meal while being a very special choice!!! I didnt have snowpeas so subbed julienned zucchini, I hope that was ok, not the same but also nice!!! I chose the noodle option. Very good and much enjoyed, thank you!! Made for Consideration Tag Game
