Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil paper and coat with non-stick spray.

Step 3

Toss the wings with vegetable oil salt and pepper and pour onto prepared baking sheet.

Step 4

Place wings on the baking sheet and bake for thirty minutes, flipping them over after 15 minutes.

Step 5

Drizzle sauce over wings, turn to coat and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through, turning as needed so they do not stick.

Step 6

Pour wings into a serving platter and enjoy.

We loved these wings...I cut the recipe down to 1-2 servings for one of our appy nights...it made 8 total wings for the two of us...in step 5 I just tossed the wings in the bowl of sauce...loved how they came out crisp on the outside and tender inside...hot honey taste...made for "First Time" tag game...
