"This was my daughter's favorite way to have eggs when she was a youngster, I would serve this over a buttered toast and she couldn't get enough of it. My husband also enjoys this on toast, he says to balance the sweetness, but I prefer mine as is."

Though I enjoyed the texture of the eggs and liked the garlic I found the taste of the honey (I used a raw jarrah honey) off putting. Thank you for posting, made for For Your Consideration tag game on FF&FF.

I just couldn't imagine this combination of ingredients so of course I had to try the recipe. I loved it and will be making this again for sure. I should know if it's QueenBea's recipe it is bound to be super good.14 Apr 2019 Made againThis recipe has just the added touch that makes these eggs a bit special. I use Buckwheat Honey. It is a very dark coloured honey & makes my eggs look a bit off colour. Served with rye bread toast & mixed stir fried peppers (plus some leftovers)

I loved these. I had a strong honey so reduced it to 3/4 of a tsp and it was perfect. I think I prefer them to regular eggs
