"Many store-bought Creole seasonings are mostly salt, sometimes with added chemical preservatives and anti-caking agents. This simple seasoning blend is a mixture of salt, pepper, dried herbs and spices. How's this for anti-caking: Shake the Jar! Adapted from Chef Virginia Willis' cookbook "Bon Appetit Y'all", and is very, very good."
