"I found this recipe in a dessert cookbook that only includes recipes with 5 ingredients or less that can be made in 10 minutes. I haven't made this yet, but I rarely keep chocolate pudding in the house and figure it will come in handy one of these days. Since I'm trying to cook more from scratch and avoiding packaged goods with ingredients that I can't pronounce, this one seems like a keeper."

Whilst I made this recipe ~ I found that it started to go a little lumpy ... So out with the stick blender and whilst it was cooking I used the stick blender to mix and remove any lumps from the mix. Except for the blender I followed the exact recipe using dark chocolate, and served with cream and rolled biscuits. We really loved it! Soft and creamy and just so delicious! I had one left over and the next night & there was a little bit of an altercation over who it belonged to, but may I say, that I had a taste on the next night and it was SOOOOO GOOD! Maybe an overnight rest is what this great dessert makes even greater, chocolatier and creamier!
