What a great turkey burger! Moist and full of herby flavour with a bit of heat! I doubled the recipe and used fresh herbs from the garden. I did sub the thyme for fresh oregano. The apple and rice are a lovely addition that keeps it moist. Thanks Bergy for another fantastic recipe!
