Step 1: Mix together the apple, rice, cayenne, onion, garlic, sage, allspice. thyme and parsley
Step 2: Drizzle this mixture over the ground turkey and gently mix together.
Step 3: Form 2 half inch patties
Step 4: In a non stick skillet cook the patties over medium high heat, apprx 5 minutes each side or until internal temp reaches 165f
Step 5: Place on a lightly toasted bun and top with your favorite condiments
