For dessert for our Valentines celebration we had this luscious chocolate to dip sponge cake cubes, Vanilla wafers, apple chunks, pineapple chunks and strawberries. YUM!

A great chocolate dipping sauce! Last weekend the strawberries were lush and lovely perfect for this chocolate delight. My Mothers Day guests did justice to the the dipped berries, for the chocolate lovers I did a big dip, added partially dipped to allow the lushness of the strawberries to shine. Missed that photo but do know this easy to make dipper makes for great taste and wonderful presentation.
