Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt butter in a small pan on low heat. When butter is melted, remove it from the burner, and stir in the cocoa.
Step 2
Add sugar and evaporated milk. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and hot.
Step 3
Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour into serving bowls, and use while it's warm to dip your favorite dippers into.
