Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, (I use margarine)
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, from can, (I use half and half)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter in a small pan on low heat. When butter is melted, remove it from the burner, and stir in the cocoa.

  • Step 2: Add sugar and evaporated milk. Cook stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and hot.

  • Step 3: Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Mix well.

  • Step 4: Pour into serving bowls, and use while it's warm to dip your favorite dippers into.
