Step 1
Combine beef, onions, pepper, garlic, beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, 2 tablespoons of chili powder, cayenne pepper and 1/2 teaspoon each of the cumin and the oregano in slow cooker.
Step 2
Cover and cook on High for 4 hrs or Low for 6 hrs.
Step 3
Remove cover and stir in remaining 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon each of cumin and oregano and the salt.
Step 4
Serve.
