"I made it for the first time recently and had to post it here for future use. My husband and I indulged and didn't feel one bit guilty, As you can see from the few ingredients, it is pretty healthy. I used honey, but you could use Splenda or a little agave nectar to sweeten instead. I will make this for snacks on the spur of the moment when we are looking for something sweet in a hurry!"

Loved this, made for a great sweet treat. I raved about this to dd and she said yep been making it for years! So don't know how I missed out on it all this time. Into the Bullet sweetened with Splenda - in mere minutes a lovely dessert! Thank you Kimber, it's will be seeing to many a rerun.
