Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F grease cupcake pan.
Step 2
Combine hazelnut meal, flour, baking powder and sugar. Add eggs, butter, milk, vanilla, salt and apples. Let stand 10 minutes.
Step 3
Fill greased muffin pan with the batter.
Step 4
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
