"Fried rice with diced Spam, scrambled Egg, Shallot, and Green onion. Totally delicious! Feel free to tweak this "recipe" to your heart's content. I like it on the dry side with a robust onion/pepper flavor."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Get the pan on high heat. (I use 7)
Step 2
The egg goes first, add a few drops of cooking oil, scramble to halfway cooked, and set aside
Step 3
Add more oil and cook the diced Spam to the desired doneness (be careful, the more cooked Spam gets, the saltier it is) set aside.
Step 4
Add more oil and the rice, about 2 minutes in, add the chopped shallot.
Step 5
Stir fry for a couple of minutes and add back, the egg and Spam.
Step 6
In the last 30 seconds add the white pepper and light soy sauce chopped green onion and a couple of drops of Sesame Oil.
