Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 Cup Rice, day old.
  • 1/2 Shallot, Chopped
  • 1 Green Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 Can Spam, Diced
  • 1 Egg, Scrambled
  • White Pepper, I don't measure, add to taste
  • Light Soy Sauce, I don't measure, add to taste
  • Sesame Oil, I don't measure, add to taste
  • Cooking Oil
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Get the pan on high heat. (I use 7)

  • Step 2: The egg goes first, add a few drops of cooking oil, scramble to halfway cooked, and set aside

  • Step 3: Add more oil and cook the diced Spam to the desired doneness (be careful, the more cooked Spam gets, the saltier it is) set aside.

  • Step 4: Add more oil and the rice, about 2 minutes in, add the chopped shallot.

  • Step 5: Stir fry for a couple of minutes and add back, the egg and Spam.

  • Step 6: In the last 30 seconds add the white pepper and light soy sauce chopped green onion and a couple of drops of Sesame Oil.
