"This is one of my brother's easy to make recipes. You can make many variations on this basic recipe. Add a cup of cooked macaroni, or add cooked rice, add other veggies. This is tasty as it is but use your imagination and let it grow from here."

Step 1

Saute the celery, leeks and tomato in the butter for 5 minutes

Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen
