" This is my brother's recipe and it is very good. Don't feel limited to the seafood listed in the recipe just allow about 4 pounds fresh plus the canned mixed seafood for the recipe. Leftovers freeze well"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Saute the onions celery and garlic in butter for 3 minutes

Step 2

In a large pot combine the sauteed mixture with tomatoes, clam nectar, water, basil, bay leaves and pepper. Bring to a boil, lower heat, simmer 10 minutes

Step 3

Add the cod, simmer 5 minutes, then add clams, crab and salmon simmer 5 mintes

Step 4

Add scallops and prawns simmer a final 5 minutes Enjoy
