Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound cod fillets, or other firm white fish, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1pound large prawns
  • 1 (14 ounce) can baby clams
  • 2 (184 gram) cans crab
  • 1 (170 gram) can salmon, skinless and boneless
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 cups clam nectar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 (14 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 large bay leaves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute the onions celery and garlic in butter for 3 minutes

  • Step 2: In a large pot combine the sauteed mixture with tomatoes, clam nectar, water, basil, bay leaves and pepper. Bring to a boil, lower heat, simmer 10 minutes

  • Step 3: Add the cod, simmer 5 minutes, then add clams, crab and salmon simmer 5 mintes

  • Step 4: Add scallops and prawns simmer a final 5 minutes Enjoy
