Step 1

Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Swirl to coat.

Step 2

Add the haricots verts and soy sauce to the pan. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Stir in the carrots. Cook an additional minute.

Step 4

Sprinkle the mixture evenly with the salt, crushed red pepper, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Delicious! I had to use regular green beans as we can't get haricots verts here until summer. So I steamed the beans until almost done and then made as directed. DH and I ate it all! Served this with roasted chicken and salad. Thank you breezermom for another of your wonderful recipes. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
