Oh my this is a wonderful egg dish, as soon as I saw it I knew it was good and just had to make it. I did make a few changes, I had leftover cooked ham so I used it in place of the bacon and I added it along with the eggs and for that reason I increased the mayo and sour cream amount, for the spices I used approx about 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (that really kicked up the flavor!), seasoned salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. I increased the shredded cheese and potato chips amount. Even with my increase of mayo and sour cream amount I cannot see this feeding 6 people unless served for a side definately not enough for a main meal, I used an 8x8 pan and 25 minutes cooking time was spot on. I'm giving it 5 stars, it's a recipe I will make this again. Thank you Dienia!
