  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 1/2 ounces sour cream (3 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Paprika, dash
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
  • 4 ounces sliced bacon (4 strips, cooked crumbled, optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl, combine eggs, celery, mayonnaise, sour cream nuts, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper and paprika; mix well.
