"This recipe was handed to me by a long time friend. Its good, not over filling and different. I think it would be a good "any time" soup. I found the garlic and the chicken/tomato cubes at Wal-Mart in the Ethnic section. "

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook beef till done and drain.
Step 2
Put all remaining ingredients EXCEPT cabbage, in large stock pot and simmer.
Step 3
When vegetables are tender crisp, add cabbage.
Step 4
Cover and simmer till cabbage is done.
Step 5
You may add pasta, or other seasonings.
Step 6
I served this with garlic bread.
