We loved this for dinner tonight. It was so creamy and thick. The flavors from the ingredients went so well together. Combined with mashed potatoes, this was a supreme comfort food dinner.
Tonight’s dinner took me back to the 1950s and 60s school cafeterias. I hardly ever bought school lunch except on days they were having hamburger gravy on mashed potatoes, with green beans. This is exactly like it was then. Delicious. Thanks for posting this ultimate comfort food.
