Boil a potato for each person, peel it and cut in small cubes and set aside.

Cut the slice of ham into 1/2 inch squares.

Fry in butter until almost done and set aside.

Use the juice and browning from the ham to make a thick cream sauce. Add flour and season to taste.

Add milk, rinse out can with water and cook down.

Open a can of creamed corn and stir into the cream sauce.
Step 8
Mix all ingredients together in a casserole.
Step 9
Bake at 350F until the cream sauce and corn bubble 30 minutes.
