Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Heat oil in a skillet and saute onions until pale gold.
Step 3
Add garlic and cook a little longer.
Step 4
Stir in cider.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Place fish in a greased baking dish.
Step 7
Add lemon juice.
Step 8
Arrange lemon slices over the fish.
Step 9
Pour onion-cider mixture over fish.
Step 10
Place tomatoes and parsley on top.
Step 11
Dot with butter.
Step 12
Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked.
