I made this as a side dish to my https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/taco-pork-chops-37061 Taco Pork Chop and was supposed to half the recipe because my avocado was quite small but I erred and added the correct amount of tomato and spring onion and also added some finely diced red onion and was just a little to generous with the tabasco which I didn't mind as I was thinking of adding fresh sliced chilli but it made a great side which I thoroughly enjoyed, made for What's On The Menu tag game at FF&F.
