Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together, Do not puree in a blender or food processor, mixture should be slightly lumpy.

Step 2

Serve with tortilla chips or over taco, burritos, enchiladas and quesadillas.

I made this as a side dish to my Taco Pork Chop and was supposed to half the recipe because my avocado was quite small but I erred and added the correct amount of tomato and spring onion and also added some finely diced red onion and was just a little to generous with the tabasco which I didn't mind as I was thinking of adding fresh sliced chilli but it made a great side which I thoroughly enjoyed, made for What's On The Menu tag game at FF&F.

This is so quick and easy and very tasty!! I served this with blue corn and flax seed tortilla chips. Made for the Cinco de Mayo food photo event.
