"This guacamole has something a little extra - shredded cheese - and in my opinion, it is the perfect addition. Serve with tortilla chips, or for something a little different -- I really like to serve with Kettle brand salt and fresh ground pepper chips."

Step by Step Method

Step 1
Lay avocado halves on a large plate and sprinkle with seasoned salt, crushed garlic, and a light sprinkle of sea salt.
Step 2
Coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks, with a fork or potato masher.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients and mix gently, but well.
Step 4
Place reserved avocado pits around and gently push into guacamole. This helps keep it from turning brown.
Step 5
Serve immediately or store in a tightly covered container until ready to serve. Don't make this too far ahead of time, even with the lime juice and avocado pits it will begin to brown after a short time.
