Step 1: Lay avocado halves on a large plate and sprinkle with seasoned salt, crushed garlic, and a light sprinkle of sea salt.
Step 2: Coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks, with a fork or potato masher.
Step 3: Add remaining ingredients and mix gently, but well.
Step 4: Place reserved avocado pits around and gently push into guacamole. This helps keep it from turning brown.
Step 5: Serve immediately or store in a tightly covered container until ready to serve. Don't make this too far ahead of time, even with the lime juice and avocado pits it will begin to brown after a short time.
