Step 1

Rub salt and pepper all over steak

Add steak. Brown each side

Turn heat down and cook to desired doneness

Plate add coffee to pan cook down stirring up the bottom of pan

Meanwhile add teaspoon of mustard to steak smear over top

Step 7

Pour reduced coffee over meat
