"This salmon recipe was created on the spur of the moment when I discovered that I was out of dill one night. It was an easy remedy to the problem, and the honey mustard salad dressing enhances the fish! Garnish with chives fresh from the garden and enjoy!(I use Newman's light honey mustard as it has whole grains of mustard in it). Yum!"

Step 1
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Step 2
Use non-stick aluminum dull side toward the fish. Place salmon filet on foil with skin side down.
Step 3
Add butter to top of fish, and then drizzle salad dressing on top of salmon filet.
Step 4
Fold foil sides up forming a tent type packet with a small vent at the top.
Step 5
Place packet on grill right side up and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or to desired temperature. (My MIL likes it rare where I prefer it medium rare).
Step 6
When it is done, remove from packet and sprinkle chives on top of it. Serve and enjoy!
