Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium.
Step 2
Place potatoes in the center of a large piece of aluminum foil.
Step 3
Dot with butter.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients.
Step 5
Bring edges of foil up, fold and crimp edges to form a tight packet.
Step 6
Grill for 30-40 minutes, turning entire packet two or three times.
Step 7
Serve directly from packet.
