Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove tenderloins from packaging and rinse very well. Do not skip, this is a key step. Dry thoroughly and remove silver skin with a shark knife.
Step 2
Sprinkle tenderloins with the salt, onion powder, thyme, pepper and paprika. You can add more or less to taste, be liberal with the spices.
Step 3
Place tenderloins on grill and grill for 15 minutes per side. Let rest for 10 minutes and slice.
Step 4
Oven mehtod - Preheat oven to 375F. Heat the olive oil in a large oven proof skillet and when it is hot, add tenderloins and brown on both sides. Approximately 3-4 minutes per side. When browned, place in oven and bake for 25 minutes.
