"I've tried a lot of pork tenderloin recipes, but when I came up with this recipe, it became our new favorite. So simple, it's deceptive. You can also bake the tenderloin in the oven. This is a very healthy, low fat preparation for pork."

Time to pull out the grill. This was our choice for last nights dinner and it was a delicious one at that. The rub was great and packed with flavor. We really enjoyed the taste and tenderness of the meat from the grill. A must try again for us!
