Step by Step Method
Step 1
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a large bowl or pan mix together the marinade ingredients (lime juice - basil) and add chicken.
Step 3
Marinade in the refrigerate for six hours or overnight.
Step 4
Grill over moderate heat for 5-10 minutes, turn and grill for another 5-10 minutes or until chicken is done.
