I just knew this recipe would make some fantastic chops, and confirming that they turned out Wicked Good! Marinated for 48 hours which was unplanned, but those flavors really penetrated so well. Also, instead of throwing out the marinate, quickly boiled it which is reason why I doubled it, to have a bit of sauce. Before the summer ends, these will be made again for sure, as the fam loved them! Thank you, Bea, for sharing.

I tried this recipe with pork loin instead and it came out juicy and delicious. I had it with Bea's "Perfect Mashed Potatoes with Carrots", one of my favorite side dishes of all times.

Great flavor! The weather turned cloudy and chilly, so I did them on the George Foreman grill with great success, but looking forward to doing them again outdoors so we get the smoky flavor.

Oh my, these pork chops were the best, Don wants them regularly. The marinade has wonderful flavour and made the chops especially tender and luscious! I used boneless chops and marinated them about 3 1/2 hours. Soo juicey and flavourful, I will be making them again, thanks for posting.

These chops have all the flavors that I love and they were delicious. I loved the grilled taste mixed with the Asian influence! I made an Asian coleslaw to go with them for a great dinner. Thank you for sharing with us Bea! Linda
