The ingredients are:
  • 2 pork chops (thick bone in pork chops)
  • 1/4 cup oil (vegetable oil)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In plastic bag, mix together oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar and pepper.

  • Step 2: Pierce holes in pork chops with a fork and place in bag, making sure they are well coated with marinade.

  • Step 3: Cover and refrigerate to marinade for at least 1 hour.

  • Step 4: Grease the grill so chops will not stick.

  • Step 5: Grill on medium heat until cooked through. Time will vary depending on thickness of chops.
