Step 1: In plastic bag, mix together oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar and pepper.
Step 2: Pierce holes in pork chops with a fork and place in bag, making sure they are well coated with marinade.
Step 3: Cover and refrigerate to marinade for at least 1 hour.
Step 4: Grease the grill so chops will not stick.
Step 5: Grill on medium heat until cooked through. Time will vary depending on thickness of chops.
